Description
OUR PREMISES ARE STRICTLY NO SMOKING AND SMOKERS ARE NOT WELCOME. Recently newly refurbished. Roban House is a small, friendly guest house with luxury rooms, most en suite and with modern facilities, while there is free on-street parking close by you can also park outside the house providing you obtain a parking permit (payable).
We sell Spa tickets at discount and lend free towels for the Spa for the guests who stay a minimum of two nights (saving of £3 per person).
We now offer in house treatments of Swedish/Aromatherapy/Deep Tissue/Sports remedial massage, reflexology and non surgical facelift massage. These, normally, need to be booked in advance, so please ask for details.
A maximum of 10 minutes walk from the centre of Bath and from the bus and train stations, we offer the most convenient solution for your stay. We'll contact you after your booking to confirm details about accommodation, check-in and parking, and any special requirements.
Our free wireless broadband internet service means you can catch up on your emailing or surfing - you will need to bring your own wireless-equipped laptop or PDA or lend one from us.
Roban House does not have a permanently manned reception. We will contact you to arrange the suitable check-in time.

The above prices are for guidance only. Please telephone us for an up to date quotation. Minimum of two nights stay are required at weekends. A supplement may be applied to one night bookings. All rooms and the entire property STRICTLY NO SMOKING AND SMOKERS ARE NOT WELCOME. Earliest check in 3 pm, latest 9 pm (5 -9 pm on Sundays) and check out by 10 am,except by specific arrangements where charges may apply of £10 per hour or any part thereof. Guests are requested not to enter the property in dirty dusty or soiled industrial clothing. We reserve the right to request you to change before entering.
