Description
Alison & Ian have lived in Bath and offered Bed and Breakfast to visitors for more than five years. They hope to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible in their wonderful large Four Star Edwardian family home and are happy to give advice on planning your days out in the area or choosing one of the excellent pubs or restaurants close to them.
We are also extremely close to the MOD Offices at FOXHILL,Bath Clinic,Wessex Water,Bath University,Bath Spa University,Prior Park and Monkton Combe schools.

Genuine hospitality in a great location only 1.3 miles from Bath City Centre & on the main bus route so you wont need your car which can be safely left.
Three extremely well equipped Family/Triple/Double/Single rooms with super king and kingsize beds all with en-suite shower rooms with all the amenities you would want during your stay,Teli,Tea/Coffee facilities,Hairdryer etc.
Deliciously cooked traditional English breakfast & a courtesy lift in to Bath on your first morning if you ask Ian nicely !
